Nordic walking trails in Korbach
The starting point for all routes is the parking at ‘Hartmanns Bäumchen’ (Kasseler Straße).
Nordic Walking Route 64 - 5 km
From Hartmanns Bäumchen, the route first takes you to the open field via Brühnen Wiese, past the educational apiary to the Waldecker Berg. Here a part of the route leads you by the so-called ‘Finnenbahn and through the recreation area back to the starting point.
Nordic Walking Route 65 – 6.2 km
From the starting point at Hartmanns Bäumchen you take the viaduct across the B 251, which leads you to the open field. Then cross the Reckerrohr forest and past the Redhof and across the ‘Streitholz’ in the direction of the deserted place of Holzhausen. You walk along the amphibian ponds and the shelter and through the fields and meadows back to the starting point.
Nordic Walking Route 66 – 13 km
From the starting point at Hartmanns Bäumchen the route first takes you through the open field to the deserted place of Holzhausen. You walk across the ‘Streitholz’ and then past the Redhof to find yourself in a magnificent beech forest with some brisk climbs. From the edge of the forest you then walk through the open field to the Waldecker Berg and then back to the starting point.
