The ‘Mühlenkopfschanze’
Visit the world’s largest Ski Jump! The Mühlenkopfschanze is worth a trip not just during the Ski Jumping World Cup. Guests may use the cable car for trips up and down the hill all year round.
At the top, you can take the glass elevator up to the jump tower where the best ski jumpers in the world get ready to jump off every year. The view from the ‘Adlerhorst’ (Eagle’s Nest) over the in-run down to the Stryck Valley is worth a visit!
The Skiing Club Willingen offers guided tours (approx. 90 minutes) that provide an insight into the history of ski jumping.
After touring the ski jumping area, a visit to the ‘Café Aufwind’ is a perfect option as it offers an impressive view of the entire jumping facility.
