Summer Sledding Tracks
A great treat for the entire family! Turn summer into winter and experience sports and fun for several hundreds of meters by dashing down the mountainside and experience the ‘Waldecker Land’ from an unusual perspective!
There are two summer sledding tracks in the ‘Waldecker Land’: the Summer Sledding Track Edersee in Waldeck (in the town quarter of Nieder-Werbe) and the Summer Sledding Track Willingen in the famous ski resort - where sledding may also be enjoyed in the summer.
The Summer Sledding Track Edersee
Opening Times: Easter – end of October, daily from 9:30 am to 6 pm (if busy, longer)
Sledding track, playground, trampoline, petting zoo, adventure golf, quad biking, pedal boats, scooters and ‘Euro Bungee’

The Summer Sledding Track in Willingen
With its eleven rapid curves, three jumps and several elongated straights, this is a very exciting track! Utilizing the existing ski lift, guests are pulled 250 m uphill on a sled and, with no need to get off, start their run down the mountain.
Opening hours, depending on the weather, approx. March to November, daily from 9 a.m.to 6 p.m.; for groups of 20 persons or more even longer. Playground, trampoline, restaurant.
